1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the tgbat platform, including the website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and tgbat (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you have opened.

These Terms should be read alongside tgbat's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and tgbat.

2. Eligibility

Access to tgbat is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By using the Platform you warrant and represent that you satisfy each of these requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. tgbat applies a strict 21+ age policy in accordance with responsible gaming best practices.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering or playing on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from tgbat or had an account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of tgbat.

tgbat reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including proof of age, proof of identity, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services on tgbat, you must create a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and chosen password. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on tgbat. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names — is strictly prohibited. tgbat employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate or linked accounts. Where multiple accounts are detected:

• All accounts linked to the same individual will be suspended pending investigation.
• Any bonus winnings or promotional credits obtained across multiple accounts may be voided.
• Verified real-money balances may be consolidated into a single account at tgbat's discretion following identity verification.
• Repeat violations may result in permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tgbat account credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. tgbat will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify tgbat support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. tgbat will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

tgbat accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. tgbat does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• Deposits are credited to your tgbat wallet in BDT. No currency conversion is applied.
• tgbat is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or mobile network operator.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must have passed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours, subject to volume and verification status. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically completed in under 60 minutes during business hours.
• tgbat reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing large withdrawals.

tgbat does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Players are advised to check whether their payment provider applies any receiving charges.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

tgbat offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, which apply in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed KYC verification and meet the offer's eligibility criteria.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified in each offer's individual terms.
• tgbat reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Active bonuses at the time of cancellation will be honoured for the period remaining.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Multi-accounting to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

tgbat's decision regarding the outcome of any bonus-related dispute is final and binding. Players who believe a bonus has been credited incorrectly should contact support via live chat within 48 hours of the credited transaction.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tgbat. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to circumvent Platform security measures.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity with other players designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit Platform systems.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Accessing or attempting to access tgbat if you are under 21 years of age or have been excluded from the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or system forming part of the Platform.

tgbat employs dedicated fraud detection teams and advanced monitoring tools. Suspicious activity is flagged automatically and reviewed by our compliance team. Where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, tgbat reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies in addition to account closure and balance forfeiture.

7. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of tgbat. Unauthorised use of Platform content may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tgbat, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising in connection with the Platform.
• Service interruptions, delays, errors, or omissions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, payment processors, or circumstances beyond tgbat's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, tgbat's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination of Account

You may close your tgbat account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

tgbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation. In the event of account closure for cause, any balance attributable to bonus funds or fraudulent activity may be forfeited in full.

11. Amendments to These Terms

tgbat reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tgbat will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and request closure of your account.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. tgbat operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using tgbat is lawful in your location.

In the event of a dispute between you and tgbat, you should first contact our support team via live chat or email to seek an informal resolution. tgbat aims to resolve all player disputes within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, tgbat's decision as communicated in writing by its compliance team shall be considered final.
